Located on a tree lined street in the heart of trendy Greenpoint surrounded by the best parks, dining, and TV/Film production studios. Original architectural details dating back to early 1900s, including a copper tin kitchen ceiling, this freshly updated property features comfortable beds, stainless steel appliances, washer & dryer, as well as a Roku ready 55" TV including high speed WiFi.
We take great pride in hosting a 5-star experience, and welcome your stay in our Brooklyn townhouse, 2nd floor guest suite. You'll experience the unique layout of this pre-war home which allows for 3 bedrooms, spacious living room, kitchen, and bathroom. The Space
This trendy sought after area brings with it a private house that has been carefully designed to bring together old world features with new world exuberance. You will be treated with historic pictures from NYC’s past history (not shown in listing pictures!). The living space flows from one room to the next with simple attention to detail from all angles creating a cool comfortable vibe. All rooms have been equipped with multiple outlets and direct USB ports to handle all of your electronic devices.

Entire access to the second floor apartment.
Other Things To Note
The kitchen includes Calphalon cookware, toaster, blender, crock pot, keurig coffe maker, a regular coffee maker, and a french press! We have a pack and play available if needed.

Conveniently located on Newel St. Come experience a little slice of Poland on a plate. This traditional cuisine will not disappoint. We highly recommend the polish dumplings aka pierogi. 68 Newel Street (corner of Newel and Nassau)
Traditional Italian restaurant that’s been a neighborhood staple for over 100 years! A quick Uber ride to 32 Withers Street
Le Gamin - Great brunch spot
Amami Sushi - The most amazing Japanese style steak and exotic drinks! A quick walk across from McCarren Park at 57 Nassau Ave
Karczma - Traditional Polish food. Family friendly. Worth the 10 min walk over to 136 Greenpoint Ave
Russ Pizza Corp - This is our family’s favorite stop up on the Ave. for a quick slice of pizza. 745 Manhattan Ave

EXTRA GUESTS/VISITORS: Please disclose if visitors will be present on the property and understand that additional guests at the property beyond 11pm should anticipate paying the additional guest fee of $25 per person, per evening. *Please Note: We Have A Doorbell Camera*
For insurance & liability purposes, it’s important to know the correct number of guests at the property to ensure we are abiding by city occupancy codes in the event of an emergency.
SMOKING: This is a NON-SMOKING home, any guests who smoke in the house will be fined $200/day of their reservation. Guests are permitted to responsibly smoke outside and are responsible for removing & disposing of all cigarette butt's prior to checking out.
LATE CHECK OUT: Please request a late checkout prior to your arrival and we promise to do our best to accommodate you if we have the means. That being said, guests who check out late without prior consent will be charged an additional $50/hr. they are in the unit with a minimum charge of one hour.
COOKING: We DO NOT allow cooking with strong aromatic foods such as curry or fish fry, as our guest turnover doesn't allow time to properly remove the smell. We do not have designated area for this type of cooking on premises. Guest who violate this rule will be subject to and additional cleaning fee of $250 or more. We trust our guests will treat our home with respect and care, please understand our rules are set in place to ensure future guest satisfaction and a seamless transition between reservations.
